About Colin

My name is Colin Angwin. I was born in 1932, so I'm in my nineties — but I like to try and keep my mind alert, and I believe you're never too old to try and improve yourself.

I have always had an interest in languages, and some years ago I enrolled in a creative writing course. Each week my instructor sets an assignment across a different genre or style, which my classmates and I share and critique together.

Through this work I have built up a substantial collection of pieces — stories, poems, memoir, historical reflections, and the occasional piece of crime fiction. This site gathers selected works to share with interested readers.
